Return Policy

Here at AOFE we care for our customers and understand that mistakes can be made. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept eligible returns.

- Returns: We accept the eligible order return. Product return is eligible within 20 days from order delivery. If the product is requested to return, exchange, or refund the delivery charges will be deducted while processing the refund. To be eligible for a return, the order must be returned in new condition; with the original packaging intact. To know more about conditions for the eligibility of return or exchange click here.

- Exchange: We only replace items if they are damaged or the item is significantly different from the product description. Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of product delivery at with specific photographic evidence. Concerns raised after this time frame would not be eligible for replacement. In case of damaged products you need not send the faulty item back to us; it could delay the resolution time.

- Return and Refund Process:

  • Initiate Return/Exchange Request
  • Paste the generated shipping label and dispatch the order
  • Returned product will be received and inspected at AOFE warehouse.
  • Refund would be processed to the original payment method

  • [Please note customer will be responsible for the payment of shipping costs for returning the order. AOFE will not be responsible for any issues pertaining to missing products or damage while returning the order.]

    - Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification regarding the return receipt and refund approval. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will fail to secure a refund. Upon Approval, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

    - Late or missing refunds:If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, or contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time before your refund is reflected in your bank account statement. As a next step, contact your bank. Often the complete processing time might take a while to reflect the amount in your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

    - Gifts: If the item was purchased through Gift Card, a new Gift Card will be mailed to you for the value of your return, once the returned item is received in acceptable condition.
    If any item was purchased as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift purchaser, irrespective of the shipping address or name of the gift recipient. Also, all the return, refund, or replacement related communication would be shared with the gift purchaser.

    - Order Cancellation: We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled before the product is handed over to the shipping partner you will get a full refund. Please note that once the order is shipped, order cancellation is not applicable.
