Here at AOFE we care for our customers and understand that mistakes can be made. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept eligible returns.
- Order Cancellation:
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled before the product is handed over to the shipping partner you will get a full refund. Please note that once the order is shipped, order cancellation is not applicable.
- Returns (if applicable):
We accept the return of product. Product return is eligible within 20 days from product delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging. Also, if the product is requested to return, exchange, or refund in case of express delivery, the delivery charges will be deducted while processing the refund. If any product takes more than 40 business days to deliver, due to any unavoidable circumstances, we will generate a complete refund at the original payment method, upon your request.
- Exchange (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are damaged or the item is significantly different from the product description.In case of damaged products you need not send the faulty item back to us; it could delay the resolution time. Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of product delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org with specific photographic evidence. If the purchased item is signifcantly different from the product description and you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com within 7 days from product delivery. Please note that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- Steps to be Followed for Order Return or Exchange:
After you opt for a product return and receive an approval mail regarding return eligibility, you need to post the purchased product to the given address mentioned in the return approval mail from firstname.lastname@example.org You will be responsible for the payment of shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping item(s) over $50, we suggest you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be responsible for any issues pertaining to missing products or damaged condition.
- Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification regarding the return receipt and refund approval. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will fail to secure a refund. Upon Approval, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, or contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time before your refund is reflected in your bank account statement. As a next step, contact your bank. Often the complete processing time might take a while to reflect the amount in your account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was purchased through Gift Card, a new Gift Card will be mailed to you for the value of your return, once the returned item is received in acceptable condition.
If any item was purchased as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift purchaser, irrespective of the shipping address or name of the gift recipient. Also, all the return, refund, or replacement related communication would be shared with the gift purchaser.
