A replacement or refund is processed only if your item is significantly different from the product description. You can choose any of the following options:
- Return and get a replacement
- Return it and get a full refund (except the delivery charges in case of Express Shipping)
- Get a partial refund and keep the item.
Following are the conditions for the eligibility of Replacement or Refund:
- The picture at our website shows 100% real object photography. But you need to refer to the product description for the details of size, color, and material. In different screens, displays, color contrast, and lighting, the color of the images may slightly vary from the real item. Therefore, the product color may appear a little different on your screen. In that case, the item will not be valid to process a replacement or refund request.
- Please note that the length of the sunglasses may vary 1 - 3 mm due to the manual measurement and different batches. Therefore, such negligible variations in product size will not be eligible for a replacement or refund request. We encourage our customers to check the customer reviews and the product size before product purchase. Any return requests basis fitting related issues are not eligible for an exchange or refund, unless the size of the product varies more than 1 - 3 mm than mentioned on the website.
- In case of wood frame sunglasses and wooden boxes, reference images provided on website are unbranded; whereas the final delivered product will have AOFE branding. Therefore, this cannot be a reason to be eligible for product return/ replacement.
- Unfortunately, if any coupon or offer code was used during the order purchase, the product will not be eligible for a return.
In case of damaged products you need not send the faulty item back to us; it could delay the resolution time. Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of product delivery at email@example.com with photographic evidence so that we can get it sorted for you as early as possible.
Note: Unapproved product returns are not eligible for any refund, neither AOFE will be responsile to send back the product to the customer. Kindly, follow the steps as mentioned by our customer support executive to return the product, if it meets the return eligibility criterias. Please ship the product to the address mentioned in the confirmation mail for return approval.
