Shipping Policy Update During COVID 19 Pandemic

  1. Why are orders taking longer to ship?

We all are navigating through an unprecedented worldwide crisis suddenly thrown at us by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, we persistently strive to provide our customer with a seamless shopping experience. Also, during the complete/ partial lockdown, we have witnessed a huge upsurge in online orders. To serve our customers while also ensuring the safety of our associates, we have changed our SOP for supply chain and logistics. This has resulted in some of our order processing and delivery promises being taking a lot longer than usual as we are currently working with half of the staffing capacity to prioritize safety while abiding to the guidelines. However, we are quickly expanding our team and optimizing our process as per new guidelines in order to better serve our customers.

  1. Can I place an order? Will AOFE deliver the package free of cost now?

Yes, AOFE is uninterruptedly accepting and delivering orders. However, delivery times may be longer than usual. We are continuously working with our fulfilment centers to more quickly restock, process, and ship our sunglasses out to our customers. Although we are trying more than our best, we don’t want to set the expectations high in terms of delivery time as it is taking a lot longer than usual. Even so, we assure you that your order will be delivered to you safely. So, hurry up, select your perfect sunglasses, pick your choice of color, and place the order now.

  1. How do I contact you regarding my order?

Please email us at help@aofestyle.com with any questions or click here: Contact Us. All queries will be answered as soon as our support executives are unoccupied or handy with the current order status.

  1. Can I still make returns when it is in transit?

Beside taking necessary steps to improve our service in the current situation, we are also extending our refund/ cancellation policy to cover individuals who have waited in excess of 30 business days for their orders. However, when the order has already been shipped and the timeline of 30 business days has not been crossed, cancellation and refund would not be allowed.

  1. My tracking still shows as Processing Order, what do I do?

Team AOFE sincerely apologizes for any delays or discomfort caused to our customers during this difficult time. We are taking multiple steps to combat and adapt to serve you better like before. Due to COVID-19 there are extreme shipping delays and your tracking may show as processing order, initially for some time. Also, in some cases, the shipment status may not be updated on a real-time basis. However, we can assure you that your order is moving towards your destination as fast as possible. The whole process is just taking longer than usual due to strict safety regulations laid down by the government. Shipment delay is majorly affecting the timeline for last-mile delivery. Please don't panic, explore the latest eco-fashion collection and shop your favorite look.

Also, we are still offering free shipping on every purchase, irrespective of the total cart value.

  1. What are the current shipping times?

The shipping time is just an optimistic estimate. Your package may arrive sooner or can arrive even a bit later. Delays are mostly caused due to unforeseen circumstances that we are facing each day. We always opt for the most reliable forms of shipping in order to get your package to you as soon and safe as possible. Following is the estimated delivery timeline on an average.

  • United States – 20 Business days
  • Australia – 20 Business days
  • Canada – 30 Business days
  • Rest of the World – 40 Business days

We have never faced a time like this before, and we are trying utmost to serve you better like before. This is unprecedented, but it is also temporary, and we are very confident that will be back, stronger than before!

While our team is working relentlessly we request you to take all precautions and safety measures. Wash Hands Regularly - Help Flatten the Curve.

Stay Safe and Well. And, always AOFE to bring color to life.
